• Hazardous or flammable materials;
• Illegal substances or prohibited goods;
• Perishable items;
• Live animals or plants;
• Weapons, ammunition, or explosive materials;
• Any item prohibited under UAE law.

StoreIT Self Storage reserves the right to deny storage access or take appropriate action where prohibited items are suspected.

4. Payments & Billing

All storage fees, deposits, taxes, and related charges must be paid according to the agreed billing cycle and invoice terms.

Late or overdue payments may result in:

• Additional administrative or late payment charges;
• Restricted access to the storage unit;
• Suspension or termination of services;
• Further recovery actions permitted under applicable laws and agreements.

All prepaid amounts are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Access To Facility

Customers may access the storage facility during designated operational hours and in accordance with facility policies.

StoreIT Self Storage reserves the right to:

• Modify access hours when required;
• Restrict facility access for safety, maintenance, or operational reasons;
• Deny entry where payment obligations or policy violations exist.

Customers are responsible for securing their units appropriately at all times.

6. Customer Responsibility

Customers are solely responsible for:

• The condition, legality, and security of stored goods;
• Proper packing and storage of belongings;
• Maintaining updated contact information;
• Ensuring timely rental payments.

StoreIT Self Storage does not inspect, verify, or inventory customer belongings unless required by law or emergency circumstances.

7. Liability Disclaimer

All goods are stored entirely at the customer’s own risk.

While reasonable security measures may be implemented, StoreIT Self Storage shall not be liable for loss, theft, damage, deterioration, delays, or destruction of stored property caused by circumstances including but not limited to:

• Fire or water damage;
• Mold, humidity, pests, or environmental conditions;
• Burglary or vandalism;
• Mechanical or electrical failures;
• Natural disasters or force majeure events;
• Actions beyond StoreIT Self Storage’s reasonable control.

Customers are encouraged to obtain independent insurance coverage for stored property.

8. Facility Rules

To maintain a safe and professional environment, customers must comply with all facility regulations and staff instructions while on the premises.

StoreIT Self Storage reserves the right to remove unauthorized items, restrict misuse of common areas, or take action against activities that disrupt operations or other customers.

Smoking, vaping, unlawful conduct, or misuse of facility equipment is strictly prohibited.

9. Termination Of Services

StoreIT Self Storage may terminate or suspend services immediately where:

• Payments remain overdue;
• Terms & Conditions are violated;
• Illegal or unsafe activities are suspected;
• Facility operations or safety are compromised.

Upon termination, customers remain responsible for all outstanding obligations and for removing stored property within the applicable notice period.

10. Website Use

All website content, trademarks, logos, branding materials, text, graphics, and intellectual property displayed on this website remain the property of StoreIT Self Storage unless otherwise stated.

Users may not:

• Reproduce or distribute website content without permission;
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts;
